BAYADA Home Health Care believes that our employees are our greatest asset. As such, many companywide recognition and reward programs have been developed to show our gratitude for the compassion, excellence, and reliability of our dedicated employees.

Hero on the Home Front program

Something extraordinary is happening at BAYADA, and we want to honor those who make it happen each day. We set high standards for our employees, and those who unselfishly meet or exceed our ideals are heroes to the clients they serve. Our Hero on the Home Front program is designed to honor our Heroes and provide them with the recognition they deserve. We recognize employees at the office, division, and national level.

Office staff and clients can nominate any RN, LPN, HHA, or other caregiver (eg therapists).

• Write a letter and send it to your office

The Ann Baiada Award for Excellence in Clinical Leadership

The Ann Baiada Award for Excellence in Clinical Leadership was established in 2006 in honor of Ann Baiada's countless contributions to BAYADA Home Health Care. Ann has served as a director of BAYADA Home Health Care for over twenty years; she is a true role model who is committed to excellence, especially in the area of clinical leadership development.

The award celebrates and acknowledges a clinical leader who exemplifies Ann's legacy to empower, inspire, and support those whose lives they touch at BAYADA, and embodies our core values of compassion, excellence, and reliability.

BAYADA Bucks Program

At BAYADA, we are constantly creating new and exciting ways to recognize and reward our field employees for the meaningful work they do. Bucks are vouchers that can be redeemed though our BAYADA Bucks catalog for items such as Tiffany & Co. jewelry, GPS devices, digital cameras, designer handbags, BAYADA branded apparel and much, much more.

Employees receive BAYADA Bucks, for example, in recognition of perfect attendance, call-out coverage, employee referrals, Office Hero nominations, years of service awards, completion of high-tech skills courses, or for receiving special praise from a client. View the BAYADA Bucks catalog.

Companywide employee recognition contests

Annual, companywide employee contests are designed to honor and recognize all field employees who demonstrate our values of compassion, excellence, and reliability in their work. Past rewards have been, for example, trips, prizes, monetary rewards, and donations to favorite charities. You can learn more about this year's contest here.

BAYADA Presidential Scholarship program

In support of the company's core value of excellence and the belief that our employees are our greatest asset, thousands of dollars in scholarships are awarded each year to deserving employees who want to choose their own career path, increase their earning potential, and build their self-confidence through education.
